There will be a reset for Legend of Runeterra's Ranked mode, however: Master accounts will be set back 8 divisions, Diamond and Platinum accounts 7.5 divisions, Gold and Silver accounts 6.75 divisions, and Bronze and Iron accounts will be reset to the Iron IV rank.
